Dia de los Muertos Altar: Honoring Annie Uhr
This year's BAM Día de los Muertos altar honored the life and work of the late artist Annie Uhr, a talented photographer and longtime participant at the museum. Her philosophy was, "If eyes are the window to one’s soul, then I believe photography is the window to one’s heart. Every photograph represents a story that turns into a memory. Some happy, some sad, a lesson learned in each photograph captured."
